		<description>I agree that with the posters who liked the American one better, but there is some truth to the Texan map.  Texans don&#039;t see too far beyond their own horizon.  Texas started out as an independent republic and in some ways never lost that mind set.  Anything imposed on them from &quot;The Feds&quot; is seem as undesirable meddling in their affairs. Consider this quote from John Steinbeck: &quot;Texas is a state of mind. Texas is an obsession. Above all, Texas is a nation in every sense of the word.&quot;</description>
